Membership Has Its Benefits

The Minot Builders Association brings together people from the entire building industry: contractors, builders, banks, Realtors, electricians, experts in HVAC, high efficiency, plumbing... all these and more contribute to make the Minot Community a thriving place to do business.

How to Join

Membership will be one of two categories: Builder or Associate. You are a Builder if you take out residential or commercial building permits routinely in the Minot area. If you do not take out building permits you are an Associate member.

Completion of a membership application and payment dues does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a member. All applications for membership are reviewed at the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Minot Association of Builders. Please allow 60 days for initial approval and set-up.

Annual Dues are $285 per member.
