About the Minot Association of Builders

The Minot Association of Builders, chartered in 1965, is a non-profit professional trade association comprised of builders and associate members representing related building industries.

Overview

Affiliated with the North Dakota Association of Builders and the National Association of Builders, our mission is to promote the professional building industry through legislation, information, and education.

The Association holds monthly general membership meetings for the purpose of education and networking. The Builder's Forum Monthly is sent to all members to keep them informed of meetings, events, and issues affecting the building industry and our association.

Membership with our association automatically gives you a membership NAHB and NDAB. A portion of your dues is paid each month to these organizations for the purpose of monitoring state and national legislation that could impact the building industry.

The Association is managed by a staff and board of directors.
